All Pala Football Association (APFA)

The All Pala Football Association (APFA) is a football organization for Tibetan fathers (palas) over 40 years old, aiming to promote health, unity, and community through its international veterans' football tournaments, most notably the APFA Gold Cup. The association organizes tournaments to encourage older men to stay active, fostering a spirit of "A Fit Father" and strengthening the Tibetan community worldwide.  The Sogan Foundation donated $2000 to support the 2nd APFA Gold Cup 2025 held on June 15, 2025 with 20 teams participating from India, Nepal, USA, and France.
